Employment Services

LEF’s Employment Ontario Program is a key advantage for our newcomer clients that are seeking employment. LEF has relationships with over 400 employers, maintains a job board, hosts job fairs, and provides work placements and job matches to newcomers. We also offer pre-employment support to develop skills for job search, resume writing and interviewing. We help clients understand their values and skills; recognize and address their barriers to employment; articulate their transferable skills; increase knowledge of the labour market and pursue their career goals.
